If the pet makes a mess on the floor or other items, the owner is responsible for clean-up or purchasing the damage item. If the pet is injured in the store, the owner is responsible for their own animal. The store manager can ask the pet to be removed from the store at anytime, or not allow the animal in the store at all.
So between the independent statement and what I received from different supervisors, this is all we have.
So, what is Lowe’s official pet policy then?
